NEXT WORKING DAY

Free on orders over £20 (otherwise £4.79)

Orders placed by 6:30pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 6:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday and delivery is often made on Monday. Orders are delivered in 1-2 working days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature and proof of age may be required on delivery.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24®

Delivery aim is 1 working day (Mon-Sat). Orders placed by 3:30pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 6:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48®

Delivery aim is 2 working days (Mon-Sat). Orders placed by 3:30pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 6:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

DPD Next Day

The delivery aim is the next business day. Orders placed by 6:30pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via DPD on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 6:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

International delivery charges vary depending on the country and weight of the items. All products are shipped on the same day if orders are placed before 6:30pm.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Flawless UK Vape Distribution Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, returns etc.).

The importer will be responsible for any and all shipment fees if the parcel is rejected by the customs office in the destination country. 

COLLECT IN STORE

We offer collections for orders at our Beaumont Leys Store (7 Sheene Rd, Leicester LE4 1BF). Items are ready to pick up after 2 hours of placing an order. Collection is available Mon - Fri only. Please wait for the confirmation email that will tell you when your order is ready to collect.
